Exchanges
You can exchange any unopened, unworn item for an item of equal value within 14 days of delivery. We'll even provide a prepaid return label for your convenience!
Lost/Return to Sender/Stolen Packages
If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, you must contact us within 48 hours. After this period, the package is considered delivered.
If UPS or USPS confirms delivery and provides proof (such as a photo of the package arriving at your door), you must contact us within 48 hours.
Note: We cannot refund packages marked "delivered" or returned to sender. We can only investigate the situation and offer a courtesy reshipment with a mandatory signature. You will be asked to confirm your correct address and may be asked to provide proof of address.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to return any unopened, unworn product for a refund.
We only accept returns for refunds if the item is in new condition and is not damaged or missing parts or packaging.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we may receive it but will not process a refund or return it to you.
Please carefully inspect the return before returning it to ensure it meets the conditions. Thank you for your understanding!
Note: Return shipping is at your own expense. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Dallas.
Policy - Damaged or Incorrect Items Received
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@hstkejoe.shop and provide the following information:
A clear photo of the item and packaging (showing the shipping label).
We will resend the correct product at no additional charge.
Refunds are only offered if the item is out of stock. Otherwise, you must keep the original item and we will resend it. Once you receive the correct item, you may contact us to request a return.
Refunds for "product failure" will not be accepted without prior communication. The seller reserves the right to resend the item and collect proof of insurance claim. Unauthorized refunds will be disputed.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase on the order page. Cancellations after 2 hours are not accepted.
If your order has been processed, you will need to return it to our Dallas warehouse at your expense. Want an exchange? We process it free of charge!
